Returns & Refund Policy
RETURNS:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel the order before it has been shipped. For cancellations, please WhatsApp / Call us @ +91-7011726909 or email us support@armaanethnic.com.
Please note: custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Exchange/Returns
Once the product has been delivered to the User after purchase from the Platform and if you are unhappy with our product, all returns or Exchange of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use as well as the below elaborated Return and Exchange Policies.
- Damaged item delivered
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong size delivered
- Genuine size issues
- Genuine quality issues
In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, please WhatsApp / Call us @ +91-7011726909. Please share images of the product along with the shipping label.
We offer ‘no questions asked’ exchange policy for all (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer). If you wish to return/exchange you may self-return the product to our Returns desk/Warehouse.
In case of initiating the same, please WhatsApp / Call us @ +91-7011726909 within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
The product should be unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention the Order number of the returned product on the package.
In case of exchanges with product of a lower price, balance amount will be added to customer’s store credit
Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it.
Please note: for hygiene & safety reasons, masks and custom orders cannot be exchanged/returned.
Products purchased under Sale category are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Products purchased with coupon code FESTIVE10, FESTIVE15, FESTIVE20 are eligible for exchanges but are not refundable.
Product Disclaimer
Embroidery and Color
We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any color bleeding therein.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
Colour Display
We have done our best to display the colors of the products shown on this website as accurately as possible. However, the colour of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor or colour of your visual display or the resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.
Wash care
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and follow the same to avoid any damage to it.
REFUND:

Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to be processed and for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment method but generally falls within 5 to 7 working days.

- If the Product is not in our original condition and used or untagged then a refund is not applicable.
